PeraliShop is based in Sweden and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what personal data we receive when you buy from us, how we use it, and your rights.

What we receive

When you place an order, Etsy shares the information needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. We do not receive payment card information. Etsy handles all payment processing.

How we use it

Your data is used only to:

1. Produce and ship your order
2. Respond to messages about your order
3. Meet legal obligations (tax, accounting, customs documentation)

We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it to anyone.

Who we share it with

To fulfil your order, we share your name and shipping address with Gelato (our print on demand partner), which produces and ships the print to you. Gelato acts as a data processor on our behalf and is GDPR compliant. Their privacy policy is available at gelato.com.

We may also share data when required by law (for example, tax authorities or customs).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with Swedish bookkeeping law (Bokföringslagen). After that, the data is deleted. Messages and non-order correspondence are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Swedish data protection authority, IMY (imy.se)

Cookies and tracking

Our shop runs on Etsy.com. Etsy manages all cookies and site tracking. See Etsy's Privacy Policy for details. This website (peralishop.com) is a static brand site and does not set tracking cookies of its own.

Pinterest API integration

PeraliShop also operates a Pinterest business account (@peralishop) using a private internal tool that publishes Pins for our own art prints to our own boards via the Pinterest API. This tool does not collect, store, or process any personal data of Pinterest users or PeraliShop customers. Authentication tokens for the Pinterest API are stored locally on the shop owner's machine only and are never shared with third parties.
